At a Glance: Head-to-Head Feature Matrix

1. Revenue Architecture & The True Math of 0% Commission

Many course platforms advertise low starting prices or "free" entry tiers, but hide significant percentage transaction fees or forced plan upgrades that scale against your success. For example, platforms charging 5% to 10% commission on course sales extract an ever-increasing penalty as your marketing succeeds.

A 10% commission on ₹5,00,000 in monthly course sales means paying ₹50,000 per month — far exceeding any fixed subscription cost.

Furthermore, platforms priced in US Dollars ($49 to $499/month) force Indian creators to absorb foreign currency exchange rates and credit card markup fees. WeMakeSuccess eliminates these revenue leaks by charging a single, transparent flat fee of ₹6,999/month with 0% platform commission.

You connect your own payment gateway keys directly, keeping 100% of every sale.

Mathematical Cost Comparison Across Monthly Revenue Levels:

• At ₹50,000/month Revenue: Commission-based platforms (10%) cost ₹5,000/mo. WeMakeSuccess costs ₹6,999/mo flat. (Commission platforms are initially ₹1,999 cheaper).
• At ₹1,00,000/month Revenue: Commission platforms (10%) cost ₹10,000/mo. WeMakeSuccess costs ₹6,999/mo flat. WeMakeSuccess saves you ₹3,001 every month.
• At ₹5,00,000/month Revenue: Commission platforms (10%) cost ₹50,000/mo. WeMakeSuccess costs ₹6,999/mo flat. WeMakeSuccess saves you ₹43,001 every month (over ₹5 Lakhs per year!).
• At ₹10,00,000/month Revenue: Commission platforms cost ₹1,00,000/mo. WeMakeSuccess costs ₹6,999/mo flat. WeMakeSuccess saves you over ₹11 Lakhs annually in pure profit.

2. Payment Rails & Frictionless UPI Checkout Conversion

In India, over 75% of digital purchases occur via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM). Traditional Western course platforms rely exclusively on Stripe or PayPal, forcing Indian students to enter credit or debit card details.

This leads to high card decline rates, 2FA failures, and massive checkout abandonment.

WeMakeSuccess connects directly with domestic Indian gateways — including Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, and MobiKwik — alongside Stripe for global buyers. Students experience 1-tap UPI intent checkout, raising sales conversion rates by 25% to 40%.

Funds land directly in your bank account on standard T+1 settlement without platform holding delays.

3. Native Community Channels & Student Gamification

Modern cohort-based courses and digital academies thrive on peer interaction, community retention, and student motivation. Traditional course platforms treat community as a basic comment thread underneath video lessons, forcing creators to buy third-party tools like Circle ($99/mo) or Discord.

WeMakeSuccess features an integrated community platform built directly into your academy interface. Creators can set up categorized discussion channels (e.g. #announcements, #general-chat, #q-and-a, #wins), while students earn activity points for posting and replying.

These points automatically populate real-time student leaderboards and unlock achievement badges, driving course completion rates significantly higher.

4. Video Streaming Infrastructure: BYOK Freedom

Video delivery is often a hidden bottleneck. Legacy LMS hosts enforce strict plan-level bandwidth limits or storage caps, charging steep overage fees as student traffic grows.

WeMakeSuccess introduces Bring-Your-Own-Keys (BYOK) video architecture. You connect your own account with enterprise video infrastructure providers like Mux, Bunny.net, or Gumlet.

You pay the video provider directly at wholesale rates ($0.005/GB), saving 70% to 80% on video hosting while providing lightning-fast adaptive HLS video streaming.

5. Detailed Head-to-Head Comparison: WeMakeSuccess vs Graphy

Graphy (formerly Spayee) remains a known name in India, but its transition to USD pricing plans ($49 to $299/mo) and video storage caps has introduced challenges for growing creators. Graphy's community functionality is built around lesson-level comment threads rather than structured social spaces with gamification.

WeMakeSuccess resolves these pain points by offering a modern Next.js 16 SaaS stack with flat INR pricing and native community channels.
