Getting Started
A plain-language overview of what WeMakeSuccess is, who it is built for, and the core modules that make up an academy.
WeMakeSuccess is a learning management system (LMS) and community platform. Instead of buying separate tools for course hosting, community, payments, and email, you run your entire academy — website, courses, community, payments, and student communication — from one system, under your own brand and domain.
In one sentence: WeMakeSuccess lets a coach, course creator, or coaching institute launch a fully branded academy with 0% platform commission, because payments run through your own connected payment gateway account rather than a WeMakeSuccess-controlled one.

Each academy on WeMakeSuccess is a fully isolated instance with its own subdomain (or custom domain), students, courses, and settings. When you sign up, you become the Academy Admin for your own academy, with full control over it. This is separate from Super Admin, which is the platform-level role WeMakeSuccess's own team uses to operate the underlying service — an Academy Admin never has access to another academy's data, and a Super Admin's role is platform operations, not managing your content.
The most common alternative to an all-in-one platform is a patchwork stack: a course-hosting tool, a separate community app, a separate payment processor relationship, and a separate email tool — each billed separately, and each taking its own cut where applicable. WeMakeSuccess's two structural differences:
No — WeMakeSuccess works globally via Stripe for international payments. Native UPI, Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, and MobiKwik support specifically make it a strong fit for creators selling to Indian students, but international creators can run a full academy using Stripe alone.
No. Course building, community setup, and payment configuration are all handled through the admin dashboard UI. The one exception is connecting custom domain DNS records, which requires access to your domain registrar.
Student lists can be imported via CSV from the Student CRM. Course content (video, structure) needs to be rebuilt or re-uploaded on WeMakeSuccess, since there is no automated one-click import from other LMS platforms.
